| This review is specific to MedEvac, a HEMS (helicopter EMS) company that is affiliated with Banner Health NCMC. Banner Health is not a good place to work…The ER has a lot of staff that don’t seem to work hard or together. The doctors seem to have a very… I am better than you attitude, and the traumas and codes they run are very unorganized. The staff does not talk to each other and it seems like poor patient outcomes are the norm there. Medevac, which also has bases in Sterling and Boulder,is the worst flight company I have ever worked for. From the management to the staff, it is extremely clicky, and no one is held accountable for their actions. The staff has been there for a long time because anyone that gets a job leaves within a year. The management is poor and you will feel that your job and patience are at risk during flights. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere like UC health or air life. |
