• Include personally identifiable information (PHI/PII) about patients, staff, or yourself
• Violate HIPAA or any other privacy laws
• Post discriminatory, harassing, or threatening content
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or submit fraudulent reviews
• Impersonate others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform

4. Review Submission and Ownership

By submitting a review, you:

• Grant RN Rated a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content
• Represent that your review is based on your personal experience
• Understand that reviews may be edited or removed for policy violations
• Acknowledge that reviews are published anonymously but linked to your account internally

5. Content Moderation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

RN Rated is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of user-submitted content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The suitability of any healthcare facility based on reviews

All reviews are subjective opinions of individual users and do not constitute professional or medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RN Rated and its creators, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Employment decisions made based on reviews posted on the platform
• Disputes between users and healthcare facilities
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RN Rated from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to:

• Repeated policy violations
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Posting prohibited content
• Harassing other users or staff

10. Healthcare Affiliation

RN Rated is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any healthcare facility, staffing agency, or medical organization. All hospital names and information are used for informational purposes only.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of RN Rated shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of RN Rated after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
