BSW is a good system to work for. They actually sort of care about you as an employee. Pay and benefits are bomb. Support staff, IF WE ACTUALLY HAVE IT, is good. Tech ratio 1:8 on the floor. This hospital really has potential to be something great one day. They’re not perfect, but getting there. Main “complaint” is that there is a lot of turnover and new grads, but that has more to do with location and demographic than the hospital itself. If you are looking for an RN job in the Brazos Valley, highly recommend this one.
