This was a Level II trauma/stroke center that functioned mostly as a Level I. So if you’re used to busy, it’s a good place to work. The staff and management were all great to work with and very helpful. It was 1:4 mostly but sometimes a 5th hallway patient that was psych with their own sitters. But there were always extra staff to help. Overall, if you’re used to a fast paced and managing working with residents, it’s a good place to work. But if you prefer more chill shifts, it’s probably not a good fit.
