| This hospital really sucks, at least right now. They just unionized (Dec 2025) so hopefully things get better. Broken/missing equipment, no support staff, ICU always tripled, management does not give one single f***. This hospital constantly expects you to do more with less. There are also NO CONSEQUENCES for poor actions, especially if you’re a physician. Nurses are replaceable to them, physicians are God. I can’t tell you how many episodes of verbal abuse I have witnessed that are brushed off or ignored. Working here is not for the faint of heart. If you do, you’d likely have a better time with experience and a backbone. The pay is also ass. |
