This is a 12 bed ER that staffs 6-7 nurses at all time along with 1-2 techs for most of the day. You get a 15 min PAID breakfast, 30 min PAID dinner, and 30 unpaid lunch EVERY SINGLE DAY! While it can get "busy" it never feels busy because there are resource nurses and everyone team nurses to watch your patients while you are busy. It was a bit too slow of an ER for me (sometimes you won't have a single pt in the ER for the first two hours) and there is a huge emphasis on iSAFE (writing people up) that felt punitive to me. It seemed someone was getting written up once a day. Half the staff are the nicest human beings you'll ever meet, the other half are straight up bullies and won't even say hi to travelers even if you say hi to them. It's definitely a great place to work overall and a lot of travelers end up staying.
