This place seems great on the surface, because you WILL get your breaks and you WILL stay within ratio, which is awesome compared to other places that don’t have these laws. The staff will be friendly to your face, and then go complain about you behind your back and give you no opportunity to fix whatever they feel is “wrong”. Started out on the wrong foot by initially signing for a certain start date that then got pushed back by a week, and then got cancelled after literally 2 and 1/4 shifts (only worked 4 hours of the last one, got low censused for the rest of it), with the feedback being a slew of half-truths and straight up lies, peppered by things that may have been technically correct, but certainly not cancel-worthy. Know that if they over-hired or just don’t like you, you WILL be lied about and made to feel like you’re a bad nurss.
