| This is one of the best emergency rooms to work for as far as Intermountain health goes. The staff is experienced and the nurses work together. There are always a few bad apples everywhere you go but they seem to have a good system. The doctors, PAs, NPs, and staff members outside the ER are friendly and kind to each other and seem to treat all employees as equals. They run emergents smoothly. They also have a really good behavioral health team. They place patients fairly quickly and if there is a case management patient that doesnโt get placed within 24 to 48 hours they put them upstairs to not clog up the emergency department, and also to give them the care they need!. |
