Woefully unprepared for the needs of the population. Nasty ED, OB, and SW/ CM department cultures. Pay is good but the bullying by fellow staff is bad, especially as an RN CM or SW. A SW actually stole from me while I was away with patients because she didn’t like me. It’s a wild place with lots of ethical issues, bullying, and general toxicity.
