Expect 7+ patients often and sometimes even all psych patients who require sitters. You'll never once get a break and they will auto-deduct 30 min from your pay check for "taking a break" that they never gave you. Every day you'll be short staffed. I once had 3 ICU patients and still had 2 other patients. They do let you choose your schedule for the most part through UKG requests and as a traveler you still get to do the trauma rooms. They get some crazy traumas (even coming from a level 1, I was impressed) because the closest level 1 is an hour away.
