This department was a shit show. At one point, there was no leadership below the CNO. No department manager, no charge RN. Nothing. They fired a company that was reorganizing the core (instruments, soft supplies), right in the middle of the project and then left it as it was. Shelves mislabeled, categories of supplies half in new location, half in old location. Definitely would not go back.
