Assignment was canceled early. My orientation week was during an outage, and the next week was me listening to staff gossip about travelers, I heard them say awful things about patients which hurt, one bragged about getting people fired. Gossiped about other current travelers, and a “lazy pregnant employee.” They gave me conflicting instructions and tried to make me seem incompetent. Played games. They offered to extend my contract. I declined because of the staff behavior, and was cancelled. It affected my mental health and I still hurt when I think about their bullying behavior at times. I left traveling and am happy in a new position.
