They’re so nice on the Mom and Baby unit. I would definitely recommend but the ratio is usually 1:8 at least it was for my first contract there this is my second contract here. For most of the contract my ratio was 1:6 and they’re so helpful when you need anything just ask and they’ll be willing to help. I felt like staff there I love it there. This is a HCA hospital though because the first time they cut my contract short because they didn’t want to pay the travel nurses anymore because of a tight budget. They cut every traveler in the hospital but I still came back because of their friendliness. This second time I stayed the entire contract and it was better the 2nd time
