Ive done a couple of contracts within the saint lukes system and i will say this is by far the worst one. For twelve beds usually there is 3 night shift nurses and a couple of mids with the last leaving at 0100 in the morning. So not too bad. But the travellers get no say in the schedule and are expected to make no mistakes at all. Any mistake the manager will call you into the office to come up with a improvement plan instead of teaching you what you did wrong. On top of that the techs sit on their butts and only do what they want. Also 90 percent of night shift is travellers. Lastly do not expect to get a lunch period on night shift. Take this with a grain of salt but be warned.
