No say in schedules, schedule changed with no notice and told to check the schedule board. You are treated like disposable and told constantly, "it's the Barrow way," which means do how they want. They have no problem firing staff and leaving everyone short. Many don't make it their whole contract due to quitting because the EXTREME micromanaging or getting fired. Every patient that is seen your chart is reviewed by quality multiple times and you are asked to correct it. The admin team is trying to live in a fantasy world that they have a perfect JHACO score and attempting to catch an unicorn... but only worry about charting and not patient care or moral. Computer system not user friendly a little alone for all the daily corrections they want done.
