Comments:
First and foremost, the team nursing here is so great and the nurses themselves are the reason so many people stay (specifically night shift crew). Per ED usual, management is not always the most helpful. There are lots of resources, and great team work. Overall, a pretty good place to work and lots of opportunities for learning and continuing education. 3.5/10 pain score :')
