To be honest, only thing that have going is that you can wear whatever color scrubs, 24/7 panera. Patient demographic for the icu isnt bad, you will float every shift. literally EVERY shift. Not traveler friendly, their staff neither friendly or unfriendly to me. Management? ridiculous and are very biased against travelers
