| Literally the best travel assignment I ever worked. So good I stayed there a year! You will only float to other ICUs, but I was in SICU 90% of the time. The managers are fantastic and very accommodating with requests. Their standards are high and they audit charts daily, but it's doable with the patient load and resource nurses. There was one trauma doc that has beef with travel nurses, but every one else is welcoming and fantastic. You can tell it's a good unit because most of the nurses have been there 10-30 years. They very nearly convinced me to stay staff! |
