This hospital is so adorable. Very small and in a heavily elderly community. Multiple trauma centers around, so acuity is pretty low. Hardly any psych/homeless/drugs/etc. I am on my third extension here, most travelers extend. Ratios are hard to say because it is in a more rural area so it depends on what comes in. Most nights have 0-3 patients after midnight. The biggest problem is lack of resources like Gen surg, CT some nights. Overall great staff, super cushy, would recommend working here!
